Smart Markdown Converter C# is a lightweight desktop tool that allows you to convert text between Markdown and HTML formats in both directions.
Designed for developers, writers, and anyone working with documentation. No cloud, no internet connection required - everything happens locally on your device.

Usage:
- Select direction in the Direction dropdown:
Markdown -> HTMLorHTML -> Markdown - Paste or type your text in the Input panel
- Click Convert or press
Ctrl + Enter - Result appears in the Result panel
- Click Copy or press
Ctrl + Shift + Cto copy the result
- Open (
Ctrl + O): load.md,.markdown,.html,.htm,.txtfiles - Save (
Ctrl + S): save result as.md,.html,.txt
Use Tools -> Create Desktop Shortcut or press Ctrl + Shift + S to place a shortcut on your desktop.
- Operating System: Windows 10 / 11 (x64)
- Dependencies: No .NET installation required (self-contained build)
